Bonne-maman is an online shop specializing in French gourmet products. We offer a selection of jams, jellies, and marmalades, spreads, biscuits and pastries, as well as gift sets and tableware accessories.
Our purpose is simple: to make available a range of products that accompany everyday moments, from breakfast to afternoon tea, and occasions worth celebrating.
We believe a well-made product can be recognized by the quality of its ingredients, the care taken in its preparation, and the transparency of its origin. That is why we pay particular attention to selecting the references we offer, favoring authentic recipes and formats that keep well.
Our team, based in France, prepares and ships every order from our premises. We process orders Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (UTC), and we are committed to answering your questions as quickly as possible.
We are a small operation, and that is a choice. It allows us to keep direct contact with our customers, follow each order closely, and stay attentive to the quality of what we send out.
If you have a question about a product, an order, or a delivery, our Contact page tells you how to reach us. Thank you for your visit, and we hope our products find a place in your home.
