Bonne-maman offers 30-day hassle-free returns. If an item does not suit you, you can return it under the conditions described below.
What we accept
To be accepted, a return must meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, in perfect condition.
- The original packaging is kept, complete, and undamaged.
- In the case of a defect or quality issue, the item is returned with a description of the problem.
Return window
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to let us know you wish to return an item and to send it back to us.
What we do not offer
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we invite you to return the item concerned following the procedure below, then place a new order. This method allows faster processing and immediate dispatch of the new item.
How to return an item
- Write to us at info@bonne-maman.it.com stating your order number and the item concerned.
- We confirm the return is eligible and send you a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item in its original packaging, stick the label on the parcel.
- Drop the parcel off with the carrier indicated on the label.

Return costs
Returns are free. No re-shipping fees, no restocking fees, and no replenishment fees are charged to you, whatever the reason for the return.
Remorse vs. defect: who bears what
- Change of mind (remorse): you change your mind, the item no longer appeals to you, or it does not meet your expectations. The return is free, the prepaid label is provided, and no fees are charged to you.
- Defective item or error on our part: the item is defective, damaged, or does not match what you ordered. The return is also free, the prepaid label is provided, and we bear the entire process.
In both cases, the procedure is identical and free of charge for you.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received, we process your refund within 1 to 2 business days. The amount is returned to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement then depends on your bank or payment provider and is generally 7 to 10 business days.
