These terms govern the use of the site bonne-maman.it.com, operated by Bonne-maman. By accessing this site and placing an order, you accept without reservation the terms described below. If you do not accept these terms, we invite you not to use the site.
2. Ordering without creating an account
You can place an order on our site without creating an account. The information you provide when ordering must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data submitted, in particular the shipping address and contact details.
If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.

6. Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery is provided in mainland France by a partner carrier suited to your area, with an estimated time of 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free, with no minimum purchase. Total delivery time is generally 4 to 7 business days.
7. Returns and refunds
You have 30 calendar days to return an unused item in its original packaging. Returns are free, and a prepaid label is provided. Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receipt, and the return to your payment method takes 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank. 8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, layout — belongs to Bonne-maman or its partners. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without written authorization is prohibited.
